7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after work has begun may result in fees to cover labor, materials, and administrative costs incurred. Early-stage cancellations may have reduced fees. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed per the contract terms.

8. Warranties

Prime Home Creations provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on all renovation work. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or modifications made by third parties.

9. Permits and Inspections

We are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals required for the project. Clients must provide access to properties as needed for inspections. Any additional regulatory requirements will be communicated promptly.

10. Site Conditions

Pre-existing conditions discovered during the project, such as structural issues or hidden damage, will be documented and communicated. Additional work required to address these conditions may result in adjustments to cost and timeline, subject to client approval.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract. Prime Home Creations is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, unforeseen site conditions, or client decisions outside our control.

12. Insurance

Prime Home Creations maintains comprehensive general liability insurance to cover potential damages during the project. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own property insurance for additional protection. Insurance certificates can be provided upon request.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations first. If resolution is not reached, disputes will be referred to mediation. Only after unsuccessful mediation may legal action be pursued in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of USA. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of USA courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Modifications to Terms

Prime Home Creations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
